She has written under her own name and has ghost written for others. Her Southern Spirit shines in all she does. We are pleased that she will join us to demonstrate preparation and techniques for our new spring menu that she has designed for The Flying Trout! Fresh ingredients, Thoughtfully sources and always delicious!
